This machine is suitable for automatic film packaging (with gold pull wire) of single box-shaped articles in various industries. The whole frame of the machine adopts carbon steel plastic spraying, landing with multiple safety doors, flat push box structure, simple mold replacement, manual size adjustment for many adjustment distances, saving mold replacement time, and manual lifting shaft roller for fixing the film, which makes the film replacement simpler and faster.

Main technical parameters:

1. This machine is a fully automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment, which adopts flat push packaging mode. All the wrapping and heat sealing actions are driven by cams and cylinders, and it has the characteristics of high speed and stable operation.

2. Different sizes of articles can be packed by changing the mold, and the newly designed quick adjustment structure makes it easier and faster to change the mold.

3. This machine adopts all-aluminum alloy oxidation film cutting tool rest and single rotary film cutting knife, which can cut film accurately and smoothly, and the film cutting mechanism does not need to be changed for large and small products.

4. Frequency converter is used to adjust the packaging speed, which can reach 30 ~ 70 packages/minute according to different packaged items.

5. A double-sided wrinkle shaping and beautifying device is provided, which makes the film packaging more fit and beautiful.

6. Quick disassembly and assembly of cable reel, laser anti-counterfeiting unpacking line with composite self-adhesive tape, which really plays an anti-counterfeiting and moisture-proof role.

7. This machine adopts two feeding mechanisms: automatic feeding and manual feeding. The automatic feeding can be connected with fully automatic unmanned production line.

8. The automatic feeding mechanism has the function of box stop or not, and is equipped with jam torque overload protection device and upper and lower double-layer air blowing auxiliary film falling device.

9. The imported stainless steel integrated panel is adopted, and the integrated electrical box is installed at the top (to completely separate the electrical and mechanical).

10. The whole machine adopts acrylic safety shield.
